We see Funkos for movies and shows and games all of the time, but what about some truly, iconic characters from literature? As of now, some of the most popular pops that are from books are more based on the movies associated than the books themselves. So what would be my wishlist of lit pops?
Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde)
Wouldn’t a two-face Pop be cool? I think so.
Hercule Poirot (Agatha Christie Mysteries)
This is more for my brother, who loves Agatha Christie and the Hercule Poirot series. In case you don’t have time to read the entire series, I recommend the Peter Ustinov version of the films. A pop using his little grey cells would be a fun gift for my brother.
Tris and Four (Divergent)
The Divergent series is one of my favorite series, so I’d really like a Four and Tris set of Funkos. It would be cool to have their tattoos on them too.
Daisy and Gatsby (The Great Gatsby)
The Great Gatsby is one of my favorite books ever, and one of few that I have re-read. These classic characters would make fabulous pop figures.
Hester Prynne (The Scarlet Letter)
I’m mainly putting Hester because of the A she would wear, and because The Scarlet Letter is one of the more well-known pieces of literature.
Eleanor and Park (Eleanor and Park)
Eleanor and Park wins the award for a book I read cover to cover in one sitting. I love this book, and it’s beautiful representation of characters. I would happily put these characters in my collection.
What literature characters would you want Funko Pops of? Let me know with a comment!

Love these ideas, especially Jekyll/Hyde. That would be an interesting one to do considering how many different versions/ideas there are now. I’d love to see some Percy Jackson ones, or a bit more unknown, Laurell K Hamilton’s Merry Gentry series. It’s about fey and they have some amazing and fantastical appearances that would be so much fun to see in pop form!
Love this! I never even thought about the lack of literary funkos. I am lucky enough that my favorite books have several – but only because it was made into a show. This would be amazing!
Awesome wishlist! I’d love to see Tris and Four, and Gatsby and Daisy too. It’s a shame the Divergent series didn’t work out. We needed that fourth movie!
Nice list!!! 😀 😀
