The Geeky Girl Tag

I’m super duper late to this tag, as many other geeky bloggers have already done this tag. But better late than never right? This tag came from ZombieGoddess Beauty!

1. What is your must-have tech gadget?
I honestly have so many now. My laptop, my phone, my gaming PC, my cameras…I could keep going honestly.
2. Which house do you belong to in Hogwarts?
3. Who is your favorite Doctor?
I don’t watch Dr. Who at all. I have seen one episode of it and just couldn’t take it seriously.
4. If you could have dinner with any fictional character, who would it be?
Hermione Granger. Having a smart and witty conversation with a witch would be an excellent dinner.
5. What is your gaming system of choice?
PC. I don’t game on consoles and don’t even own one.
6. If you had a super power, what would it be?
I always change my mind on this. It used to be reading minds, but now I’d like to teleport. That would be awesome.
7. What is your favorite fantasy world?
The wizarding world is always my favorite.
8. If you could be any fictional race, what would you be?
I really don’t know much about fictional races. Can I be a witch? That technically works right.
9. Star Trek or Star Wars?
Neither #sorrynotsorry
10. List your top 5 geektastic movies or TV Series.
This is in no particular order
1. Kiki’s Delivery Service
2. Harry Potter (the whole 8 movies, although 3rd is my favorite)
3. Hunger Games films
4. Daria (90’s TV series)
5. Mulan
11. List your top 5 favorite video games.
4. XComm 2
5. Lara Craft reboot

  3. I always know when someone isn’t a Doctor Who fan when they type Dr. Who….LOL

Nothing wrong with that! I think the first episode of the reboot is really challenging. It took me a very long time to get into Doctor Who and then when I finally took the plunge it got so much better. I’ve cried a couple of times at a few episodes and now with the new season, there are even topics of race that are touched on that I really appreciate them looking into.

I see this is where we are opposite as well, I just can’t do PC gaming. 100% of the reason is because I have a child and there is no manner of convincing me that it’s so much better that will make me change my mind until I have a much older child.

  4. I love that you’ve included Daria! Everytime I do one of those ‘Which house are you’ quizes I also get Ravenclaw, which I have to agree with. I’ve never been able to take Dr. Who seriously either or Star Treck, until I saw the modern films and then I realised Spocks character is so interesting and complicated and heartfelt.

  5. I used to always want mind reading as a super power … but now, that’s the last thing in the world I would want. In one of the Midnighters books, the mind reader basically got flooded with thoughts ALL the time, but when the bell would ring at school would be the worst, things like that.
