If you could meet any fictional character, who would it be? That is today’s 30 Day Geek Out Challenge question.
Just as a reminder, the 30 Day Geek Out Challenge is all about what makes you geeky, from fandoms to hobbies, favorite characters and more. I’m going to do this challenge along with my regular schedule of posts, so there will be tons of content from me this month! Thanks to Megan at A Geeky Gal for creating this!
Today’s question is: What character would you like to meet in real life?
How do you pick just one?! Well, I probably could have but I didn’t want to. So I planned a whole dinner party of fictional characters to meet. So let’s see who is coming to my fictional feast.
Starting from me (on the bottom) and going clockwise, let me tell you why I picked these guests.
Hermione Granger
Who wouldn’t want to chat with the brightest witch of her age? Hermione would probably be my choice if I really only could meet one. We could talk about magic, Hogwarts, and just how great she is. Maybe I could see the time turner too.
Professor McGonagall
Why have one amazing witch when you can have two? I’d love to meet Professor McGonagall to really just get to know her more. Why did she choose to be an animagus? What is it like teaching at Hogwarts? What stories does she have from her quidditch days? I want to know!
Mulan
It would be a huge shame of me to not invite my favorite Disney character of all time. Plus more badass women are always welcome. Mulan has her fair share of stories to tell that would make for interesting dinner conversation.
Jane Lane and Dari Morgendorffer
Finally, the two sarcastic best friends from 90’s television. You can’t have one without the other, so I invited them both! Plus they bounce off each other well and would be entertaining with their sarcasm.
That is my geeky dinner party! I definitely took a turn with this question, but the more the merrier, right?
