I’m back from a perusal through Kickstarter and have found some great campaigns currently running that I think you should check out.

Everdate – Let’s Play: The Dating Game
The creator of the popular webcomic Let’s Play is creating a dating sim based on the characters! I am a fan of the comic which led me to backing this project, but even if you are unfamiliar you should still take a look if your enjoy dating games or card-collection games. Plus this fully-funded campaign has some awesome extras being unlocked daily as more backers join, including expanding to consoles and multiple DLC packs. Out of all entries, I’m most excited for this Kickstarter.

Bound – A Print at Home Abstract Strategy Game
Bound is a two-player strategy game played on a single side of paper using two sets of four pieces. You can use coins, counters, stones, or anything else you can think of! Plus it is only $2 to back this project since it is all print-at-home!
Zu Tiles: Fruits Basket
The fan favorite manga and anime become a tile laying game in Zu Tiles: Fruits Basket. You’re tasked with saving the Soma Family from their curse by making a team with various members of the Soma family who have been possessed by the Japanese Zodiac animals and take family rivalry to a whole new level! Hurry though, because this campaign ends very soon!
Drama Llamas
Play as fame hungry reality TV contestants who are also llamas in this chaotic, drama filled, narrative rich, rules light tabletop RPG. This cute, colorful, and chaotic game sounds like a really good time full of shenanigans and antics. Sounds like a great introductory RPG for those who don’t lean towards D&D.

Ten Thousand Beloved Communities
Ten Thousand Beloved Communities is a graphic novel guidebook on building strong communities. It has pieces from twenty-five different community leaders, and I thought it to be an interesting way to share their insights in a creative format.
Chomp, Sail, Couture, and Mind Space
This Kickstarter is actually four games in one, and you have the option to pick just one or all with your pledge! Each game is unique not only in theme, but also mechanically. I personally backed this for Couture, but all of these games sound great. But hurry because there are only a couple of days left and this is your only way to get these games at all!
Which project do you find the most interesting? Let me know with a comment below!
I didn’t know Let’s Play was being turned into a dating game, that’s so fun!
