The Daebak Box is a quarterly subscription box filled with tons of goodies from Korea, ranging from beauty, lifestyle, K-Pop, and more. I got their recent spring box and wanted to share a review of it!
The item was provided for the purpose of this review.

This box was stuffed with a big variety of goods and some pleasant surprises as well. You can expect to see skin care, food, and some K-Pop and K-Drama goods, but what exactly all those are will be a surprise.
The first thing that caught my eye and surprised me the most was the Ateez album The World Ep.1: Movement. If you’ve been here before then you’ll know I am a big K-Pop fan and that Ateez is one of my favorite groups. And this album is actually on my wishlist so getting it in the Daebak Box was a big, happy surprise. As for other K-Pop goods, there was also a BTS DNA Bag which ended up being filled with more goodies, truly making this box full beyond belief.

Let’s now talk about the skincare. There were many different skincare items, all full size and not samples, and mostly different creams be it brightening or repair or whatever else. There were also two face masks which I particularly liked not just because face masks are nice to use, but because they are BT21 and included both my and my best friend’s favorite characters.
There was only one food item in the box, the Seafood Flavored Rice Noodles. I don’t tend to enjoy the food items unless they are candy or other sweets, so I’ll be giving this to my friend since she loves trying Korean food. It is a little odd to only have one food item, but for me, it works out.

This particular box had some interesting items outside of the usual categories. Stationary was a big one with MBTI sticker sets and a Snack Fever notepad. There was also a really cute sleep mask, a subtle neck scarf, and some other random tchotchkes.
I have received a couple of Daebak Boxes in the past, so I did want to do some comparisons. This box had more items overall and some big wins for me personally. The overall mix of items was similarly diverse between previous boxes. The quality of items has always been great as well.

A cool change that I have seen is that Daebak now offers two different price points for the box. You can get the slightly smaller Daebak Discovery Box for just 34.99 (or 24.99 per box with an annual subscription). Or get the Premium Box, which is similar to the one in this post, which is 54.99 (or 49.99 per box with an annual subscription). And you can use my code AGGG5 for 5% off.
Overall, Daebak Box has been a quality subscription box for years now. If it wasn’t I wouldn’t be accepting a box to review or have a code with them in all honesty. So if you want to explore Korean culture through different items, consider a Daebak Box.
